Why Different Learners Need Different Teaching Styles

Learners can also be given oral exams. Auditory learners are the best performers in oral exams as they enjoy reciting what they have heard. Another alternative is to get them to engage in group works. These learners thrive in teamwork, and they encourage other students by making a topic seem simple, going by the way they recall things.
It is most important to boost the morale of other students. These learners make the class very lively, as they are active through the lessons.
Kinesthetic learners
This is one group that is usually misunderstood by tutors and their abilities are often underestimated. They learn through hands-on activities and experiences.
Characteristics of kinesthetic learners

  • Too much listening overwhelms them.
  • They like teaching others how to do something.
  • They usually have good hand-eye coordination
  • They gesticulate a lot.
